i loved this poem, I've been ruminating over it every day since tuesday, and my favorite line from it might be:



"What if the mightiest word is love..."





Here's to love* in 2009.



As Alexander says, love "beyond marital, filial, national. Love that casts a widening pool of light. Love with no need to preempt grievance."
