If you haven't gone yet, the new favorite Mexican restaurant, besides the Taco Truck on Rainier, is El Quetzal on Beacon Hill. Please go eat here. You will not be sorry. Awesome color scheme, warm & friendly staff, and yummy Mexican soul food! Feels like you’re eating at a friends’ house. Lovely, lovely, lovely. They don't have a liquor license, but you won't miss the margaritas, the food is that good, I promise.
